I'm Janine Wiggins, a federal career coach, and job search trainer, certified life coach, federal resume writer, and the founder and owner of Resumes by Neen.  My passion is empowering federal employees, individuals seeking federal employment, and veterans and their spouses to attain careers that allow them to live on purpose.  As the spouse of a veteran, I understand the challenges people face while transitioning into civilian roles.  My dedication to helping individuals achieve their federal career goals is my priority because a stable and healthy work environment contributes to a successful individual.
