Service Description

Via zoom, the user will share their screen with our team and we will walk through the basics of setting up a USAJOBs account. This includes a brief overview of the builder, but we will not build the client’s resume for them in the builder nor suggest what information to enter into the builder.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if your invoice is unpaid 8 hours before your scheduled booking. You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. We do not offer refunds but will allow you to rebook within 14 days of your original appointment.
