How long does it take before I get my completed resume?
Once you pay and complete your client agreement, you will receive a customized questionnaire within 4 business days. You will have 3 days to complete the questionnaire and return it to us via email. It will take 10 to 14 business days to complete the resume writing process, from the time the client returns the resume questionnaire to the final revision. Our business days are defined as Monday through Thursday, excluding holidaysPlease ensure your job posting's closing date fits into our turnaround time.

Do you offer rush delivery?

We do not offer expedited services. Please plan your service around our 10 to 14 business day turnaround time. Business days are considered Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Please review our processes below, so you understand how we calculate the 14 business days.

When do I pay?
After submitting an online form or uploading your current resume, you will be redirected to a checkout page where you can fill in your payment information. You may be invoiced for extras such as rush fees and additional service hours.  Your order is not complete, and work will not begin until all initial payments have been processed.

What is the process of getting a resume done?
When you select your desired service, you will enter your contact information and fill out a form with additional information relevant to the service you selected.  After your payment is submitted, we will receive your information and send you a customized resume questionnaire within 4 business days. We will use this questionnaire to extract additional information that is not on your old resume. You will have 3 business days to fill out the questionnaire and return it to us. After we receive it, the writing process begins. Our writers will complete your project in 10 business days.

What forms of payment are accepted? Resumes by Neen, LLC accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are processed through Square and PayPal. We also offer installment options to break your payments up through
Klarna and PayPal in 4.

Do you offer payment plans? Yes, we offer payment plans through Klarna and PayPal in 4. If you would like to use a payment plan, please select your payment plan option at checkout.

Will you keep a copy of my resume? We do keep a copy of your resume on file for 1 year. Our files are confidential. Our team of trusted writers may view information on your resume, like your address, email, or phone number. If you lose or accidentally delete your resume, you can request a copy. We will gladly resend your resume for a small fee.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds.

This fee covers a review of your resume for content, accomplishments, keywords, length, and required formatting information by our expert team members. The goal is to help you get a best-qualified rating for the position you are applying for.

Additionally, we'll provide you with a written action plan and quote for your next steps to work with us. Once we send your review/proposal/quote, should you decide to move forward within 1 business day, the $99 will go toward the total cost of your resume rewrite service.
