Who This Service is For
This service is exclusively for returning clients. This means that we wrote your current resume. You may select this service if we've previously created your resume and you need to add up to two new jobs, update it for a different position, or convert your federal resume to the new 2-page format. Please read this page carefully, then complete the form below to book.

Effective September 27, 2025, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) requires all federal resumes to be two pages in length. Our services are fully compliant with this updated standard.

Turnaround Time

OPTION 1: I need my old federal resume switched to the new 2-page format and no other changes to my resume.

OPTION 2: I need my long format federal resume switched to the new 2-page format, portions of the resume rewritten, and/or new experince/skills adde, and/or my resume retargeted.

OPTION 3: I already have a 2 page federal resume and now need minor edits like retargetting or adding a new experience.

I understand that work cannot begin on my order until my payment has been processed and all requested information has been submitted. I understand that all services are non-refundable. I understand that my information will remain confidential and only shared with the Resumes By Neen team. I understand that using Resumes by Neen does not guarantee a job or an interview.

Option 1: CREATE A 2-PAGE FEDERAL RESUME - Convert your 3-7 page federal resume (written by Resumes by Neen) into a streamlined 2-page federal resume that meets the new usajobs.gov guidelines. No new experience needs to be added. This service will condense your resume only. It will NOT retarget it. You will get a new format and your resume will be reworded slightly at our discretion. - $350

Option 2: REWRITE & CREATE A 2-PAGE FEDERAL RESUME, ADD NEW EXPERIENCE, AND/OR RETARGET FEDERAL RESUME - Convert your existing 3–7 page federal resume (written by Resumes by Neen) into a streamlined 2-page version that meets the new usajobs.gov guidelines. Also, add new experience, and retarget your resume if necessary. - $450

Option 3: I HAVE AN EXISTING 2 PAGE FEDERAL RESUME - Make minor updates (add 1 job or retarget) to your exising 2-page federal resume (written by Resumes by Neen). - $300
