Service Description

This service is only for clients who are in the middle of their service. Do NOT book this particular call if you are not currently working with Resumes By Neen on an active project. This call is 15 to 30 minutes in length. This is NOT a coaching call.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if your invoice is unpaid 8 hours before your scheduled booking. You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. We do not offer refunds but will allow you to rebook within 14 days of your original appointment.

A non-refundable deposit of $99 is required to proceed with your email consultation. This fee covers a review of your resume for content, accomplishments, keywords, length, and required formatting information by our expert team members. The goal is to help you get a best-qualified rating for the position you are applying for.

Additionally, we'll provide you with a written action plan and quote for your next steps to work with us. 

Once we send your review/proposal/quote, should you decide to move forward within 1 business day, the $99 will go toward the total cost of your resume rewrite service.

This investment provides invaluable feedback on your current federal resume with recommendations for improvement.
